Rotasure Oral Vaccine is a medicine used in the prevention of diarrhea due to rotavirus. It is usually given as a 3-dose oral regimen, 4 weeks apart, beginning at 6 weeks of age. Rotasure Oral Vaccine can be given with or without food. It helps protect the baby from a kind of virus (rotavirus) that can cause bad diarrhea. Give it in the dose and direction as advised by the doctor.Side effects are rare, however, some may experience mild irritability, ear inflammation, nasopharyngitis, difficulty in breathing, and vomiting. How It Works
