Myocom P Tablet 150 is a combination of two medicines: Tolperisone and Paracetamol, which relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Tolperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever.

Alcohol:
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Myocom P Tablet 150.

Pregnancy:
Myocom P Tablet 150 may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding:
Information regarding the use of Myocom P Tablet 150 during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.

Driving:
Myocom P Tablet 150 may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney:
Myocom P Tablet 150 should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Myocom P Tablet 150 may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, Myocom P Tablet 150 contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.

Liver:
Myocom P Tablet 150 should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Myocom P Tablet 150 may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Myocom P Tablet 150 is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

You have been prescribed Myocom P Tablet 150 to relieve pain due to muscle spasm.
It is usually used along with rest and physical therapy.
Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Myocom P Tablet 150 as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage.
Older adults may have increased drowsiness, confusion, and higher risk of falling while taking Myocom P Tablet 150.
Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.

If you miss a dose of Myocom P Tablet 150, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
