Veltam-S Combipack is a combination of two medicines, tamsulosin and solifenacin, which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker, while solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so that urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination.

Veltam-S Combipack should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Veltam-S Combipack may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Veltam-S Combipack is not recommended in patients undergoing kidney dialysis.

Liver:
Veltam-S Combipack should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Veltam-S Combipack may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Veltam-S Combipack is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

Veltam-S Combipack may cause dizziness or blurring of vision. Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
If you are to undergo eye surgery, inform your eye doctor about using Veltam-S Combipack.

If you miss a dose of Veltam-S Combipack, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
