Valera Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Valera Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Valera Tablet is not recommended in patients with end-stage kidney disease requiring dialysis due to a lack of clinical data.

Liver:
Valera Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Valera Tablet is recommended.However, caution should be exercised in patients with severe liver disease as there are no clinical data about its use in such cases.

Missed Dose
