This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat.

Sporidex Redimix Drop Orange does not pose serious side effects and is well-tolerated by children. In case the side effects do occur, they’re likely to subside once the body adapts to the medicine. Consult your child’s doctor if these side effects persist or bother your child. The most common side effects include-

Liver:
Sporidex Redimix Drop Orange is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Sporidex Redimix Drop Orange is recommended.However, consult with your child’s doctor before giving this medicine to your child in case of a severe form of liver disease.

Your child must complete the entire course of antibiotics. Stopping too soon may cause the bacteria to multiply, become resistant, or cause another infection.
Encourage your child to drink plenty of water in case diarrhea develops as a side effect.
Contact your doctor if your child has diarrhea that goes on for more than 4 days or if it is severe and watery, or contains blood.
Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses. This medicine is not to be taken in such cases.
Only give Sporidex Redimix Drop Orange to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.
Stop this medicine and immediately report to your child’s doctor in case your child develops an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties while taking this medicine.
You may see white patches inside your child’s mouth and throat after a prolonged intake of Sporidex Redimix Drop Orange. This could be due to a fungal infection. So, if your child develops any such effect, contact your doctor right away.
Your doctor has prescribed Sporidex Redimix Drop Orange to cure your infection and improve your symptoms.
Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection to come back and harder to treat.
Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools.
Avoid consuming alcohol while taking Sporidex Redimix Drop Orange as it may cause increased side effects.
Discontinue Sporidex Redimix Drop Orange and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.

Unless your child’s doctor has advised a specific regime for your child, you can give the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for the next dose. Do not give a double dose to catch up. Follow the prescribed dosing schedule strictly.
