Liver:

Diarrhea is a common side effect of Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup. Encourage your child to drink plenty of water in case it develops.
Your child may have an altered taste or furry tongue (coating of Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup on tongue) after taking Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup. Eating citrus fruit or sipping plenty of water or fruit juice may help.
Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup as these can affect the absorption of the medicine.
Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses. Never use this medicine for such conditions.
Quit giving Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup and speak to the doctor immediately if your child develops a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or has difficulty in breathing.
Only give Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.

Do not panic. You can give the missed dose as soon as you remember unless your child’s doctor has advised otherwise. Remember not to double the dose to catch up with the missed one. In case of any confusion, do consult your child’s doctor.
