Rosloy D 10 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Rosuvastatin and Vitamin D3 which treat high cholesterol.

Alcohol:
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Rosloy D 10 Tablet.

Pregnancy:
Rosloy D 10 Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breastfeeding:
Rosloy D 10 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving:
Rosloy D 10 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.

Kidney:
Rosloy D 10 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rosloy D 10 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:
Rosloy D 10 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rosloy D 10 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Rosloy D 10 Tablet treats high cholesterol by lowering "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides (fats). It should be taken in addition to regular exercise and low-fat diet.
It decreases the risk of heart diseases and helps prevent stroke and heart attack.
It should be taken in the evening after dinner and before sleeping.
In general, Rosloy D 10 Tablet is safe. It may cause diarrhoea, gas or an upset stomach. If any of these happen to you, take it with food.
It may cause the amount of calcium in your blood to fall. Take calcium rich food in your diet and have regular blood tests to monitor the level of calcium in your blood.
Notify your doctor if you experience yellow eyes or skin or dark urine after starting the medication.

If you miss a dose of Rosloy D 10 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
