Regnum-TX Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of melasma (brown colored patches on the face). It helps in reducing the amount of skin-darkening pigment called melanin in the skin. It also lightens the darkened skin patches and spots and helps in the detoxification of the skin. Regnum-TX Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the exact dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take it more than the prescribed amount or longer than the prescribed duration. However, do not stop taking it suddenly unless your doctor says it is alright to stop taking it.Use of this medicine may cause nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness, and hypotension. How It Works
Regnum-TX Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Tranexamic Acid and Glutathione. Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic that reduces the production of melanin (a pigment that gives the skin its color), by altering the activity of some enzymes that aid in melanin synthesis. Glutathione is an antioxidant that protects cell and tissue damage, lightens skin tone and helps in detoxification of the skin.
