Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Dilatation of pupil
Palpitations
Reduced sweating
Urinary retention
Cycloplegia (paralysis of the ciliary muscle of the eye)
Ocular hyperemia
Slow heart rate
Increased heart rate
Increased intraocular pressure

Pyrolead Injection is an anticholinergic medication. It works by blocking the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) in the brain.

Alcohol:
It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Pyrolead Injection. Please consult your doctor.

Pregnancy:
Pyrolead Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Breastfeeding:
Pyrolead Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.Long-term use of Pyrolead Injection might reduce milk production.

Driving:
Pyrolead Injection may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Pyrolead Injection may affect vision and coordination. This may affect your driving ability.

Kidney:
Pyrolead Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pyrolead Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:
There is limited information available on the use of Pyrolead Injection in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

Pyrolead Injection is used before an operation, to reduce saliva and other secretions and to make the stomach contents less acidic.
It may also be used to reduce side effects of muscle-relaxing drugs and to prevent of slowing of heart beat during surgery.
It is given as an injection into a muscle or into a vein. 
Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Pyrolead Injection may cause dizziness and blurred vision.
You have been prescribed Pyrolead Injection to reduce excessive drooling or salivation.
Take it at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.
It may cause constipation. Eat adequate fiber in your diet and drink plenty of water.
Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Pyrolead Injection may cause dizziness and blurred vision.
It may make you sweat less. Avoid doing things that may cause you to overheat such as exercise.
Inform your doctor if you develop nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea that does not go away.
