Pohha Oral Suspension is an antifungal that works by inhibiting the enzyme essential for the synthesis of ergosterol, a key component of fungal cell membranes. This action makes it effective in preventing and treating invasive Aspergillus and Candida infections in immunocompromised patients, as well as treating oropharyngeal candidiasis, including cases resistant to other azoles like itraconazole or fluconazole.

Pregnancy:

Liver:

Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
Take Pohha Oral Suspension with food to enhance the absorption, preferably at the same time every day.
Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Pohha Oral Suspension.
Your doctor may check your liver function before starting treatment and regularly thereafter.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

If you miss a dose of Pohha Oral Suspension, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
