Pergoveris Injection is a medicine used to treat female infertility and male hypogonadism. It is used in women who have a problem in ovulation or are undergoing fertility treatment like in-vitro fertilization. In men, it helps in the production of sperm cells. Pergoveris Injection is given as an injection under the supervision of a doctor. Your doctor or nurse will tell you the right way of injection administration, do not try to self-administer. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine as long as it prescribed to you.Headache, feeling thirsty, decreased urination, Nausea, Vomiting, and weight are some common side effects of this medicine.  If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them.  The pregnant women and breastfeeding mother should have to avoid the use of this medicine. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works.
