This will make sure that all bacteria are killed and they do not become resistant.

Oflomac Forte Oral Solution does not pose serious side effects and is well-tolerated by children. In case the side effects do occur, they’re likely to subside once the body adapts to the medicine. Consult your child’s doctor if these side effects persist or bother your child. The most common side effects include-

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Oflomac Forte Oral Solution may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Liver:
Oflomac Forte Oral Solution should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Oflomac Forte Oral Solution may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Discontinue its use immediately if signs or symptoms of hepatitis like vomiting, paleness, and weakness is observed.

Your child must complete the entire course of antibiotics. Stopping too soon may cause the bacteria to multiply again, become resistant, or cause another infection. 
Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Oflomac Forte Oral Solution as these can affect the absorption of the medicine.
Encourage your child to drink plenty of water in case diarrhea develops as a side effect.
Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses. Never use this medicine for such conditions.
Discontinue Oflomac Forte Oral Solution and inform the doctor immediately if your child develops a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or has difficulty in breathing.
Only give Oflomac Forte Oral Solution to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.
Your doctor has prescribed Oflomac Forte Oral Solution to cure your infection and improve symptoms.
Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
Discontinue Oflomac Forte Oral Solution and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.
Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools.
Notify your doctor if you feel pain in your tendons, numbness, or tingling sensations.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.

Do not panic. You can give the medicine as soon as you remember unless your child’s doctor has advised a specific regime for your child. In case of any confusion, do consult your doctor, do not double the dose to catch up.
