Along with taking Nuglow-E Softgel Capsule, take a healthy diet, sleep for a minimum 6-7 hours at night, and reduce stress levels.

If you miss a dose of Nuglow-E Softgel Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
