As a result, it can reduce pain, improve walking ability, and support overall limb health in people with PVD.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Common Side Effects :
Vomiting
Dizziness
Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk)
Headache
Nausea

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Niacin NF Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Niacin NF Tablet is a vasodilator and lipid-lowering agent. It improves circulation by releasing histamine, which causes the blood vessels to dilate and breaks up a protein needed for the clotting of blood. It also prevents the formation of lipids in the body, which helps to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Alcohol:
It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Niacin NF Tablet. Please consult your doctor.

Pregnancy:
Niacin NF Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding:
Niacin NF Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.

Driving:
It is not known whether Niacin NF Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney:
There is limited information available on the use of Niacin NF Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:
There is limited information available on the use of Niacin NF Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

Niacin NF Tablet is given to widen blood vessels in order to improve blood circulation.
Inform your doctor if you have any history of allergies as Niacin NF Tablet might make allergies worse.
Let your doctor know if you have any blood disorders as Niacin NF Tablet might slow blood clotting and make bleeding worse. 
Inform your doctor if you have heart disease, diabetes, gout, gall bladder disease, liver or kidney disease as Niacin NF Tablet might make the condition worse.

If you miss a dose of Niacin NF Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
