Myospas TH 4 Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Thiocolchicoside and Diclofenac, which relieves muscle pain. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve movement of muscles. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol:
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Myospas TH 4 Capsule.

Pregnancy:
Myospas TH 4 Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding:
Information regarding the use of Myospas TH 4 Capsule during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.

Driving:
Myospas TH 4 Capsule may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.

Kidney:
Myospas TH 4 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Myospas TH 4 Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:
Myospas TH 4 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Myospas TH 4 Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time.

Myospas TH 4 Capsule helps relieve pain and muscle spasm that may occur due to strains, sprains, and muscle injuries.
It is usually used along with rest and physical therapy.
Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
It may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Myospas TH 4 Capsule as it may cause excessive drowsiness.

If you miss a dose of Myospas TH 4 Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
