Quick Tips
Apply Lido-Plast Patch only on intact, clean skin. Avoid using it on broken, irritated, or infected areas, as it can increase medicine absorption and risk of side effects.
Use Lido-Plast Patch for the shortest duration needed. Prolonged or excessive use can numb deeper tissues or lead to systemic absorption, causing unwanted side effects like dizziness or irregular heartbeat.
Do not apply heat (like heating pads) over or near the medicine, as it can increase how much medicine is absorbed into your bloodstream, which can be dangerous.
Remove Lido-Plast Patch after the prescribed duration. Leaving it on longer will not increase relief but may raise the risk of toxicity.
Wash your hands immediately after application and avoid touching your eyes. Even minute amounts of lidocaine (active medicine in Lido-Plast Patch) can irritate mucous membranes.
