Dizziness

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Hydrozide 25 Tablet is to be taken with food.

Hydrozide 25 Tablet is a diuretic which lowers blood pressure by removing extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.

Alcohol:
Hydrozide 25 Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.

Pregnancy:
Hydrozide 25 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding:
Hydrozide 25 Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Driving:
Hydrozide 25 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney:
Hydrozide 25 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Hydrozide 25 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Hydrozide 25 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver:
Hydrozide 25 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Hydrozide 25 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Hydrozide 25 Tablet helps lower blood pressure and also removes excess water from your body.
Take it in the morning with breakfast to avoid getting up at night to urinate.
It makes you feel dizzy. Avoid driving and attention requiring activity until you know how it affects you.
Avoid alcohol intake while taking Hydrozide 25 Tablet as it may increase the dizziness. 
It may cause a sudden drop of sodium level in blood. Avoid low sodium diet while you are taking this medication.
Monitor your blood pressure after starting Hydrozide 25 Tablet, and notify your doctor if it does not lower down.
Notify your doctor if you experience dizziness, tiredness, or muscle weakness that does not go away.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.

If you miss a dose of Hydrozide 25 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
