Liver:
Grenil 5mg/250mg Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Grenil 5mg/250mg Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Grenil 5mg/250mg Suspension is not recommended in children with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If diarrhea develops as a side effect, encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids.
Never give any other medicines containing paracetamol along with this medicine as that may lead to serious side effects.
Do not alter the dose by yourself as it can result in unwanted side effects in your child.
Do not mix Grenil 5mg/250mg Suspension with any herbal or ayurvedic preparations as it will not be effective.
