Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fexuclue Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Fexuprazan is a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that works by directly and reversibly blocking the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme, also known as the proton pump, in the stomach’s acid-secreting cells. By doing so, it reduces the production of stomach acid at its source, helping to relieve acid-related symptoms and promote healing of the esophagus.

Pregnancy:
Fexuclue Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding:
Fexuclue Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving:
It is not known whether Fexuclue Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney:
Fexuclue Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fexuclue Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:
Fexuclue Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Fexuclue Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Take it daily at the same time each day to maintain steady acid control and support healing of the esophagus.
Avoid spicy, acidic, or fatty foods, as they can trigger reflux symptoms and slow down healing.
Do not lie down immediately after eating; wait for at least 2 to 3 hours to reduce acid reflux.
Avoid alcohol and smoking, as both can irritate the esophagus and interfere with treatment.
Do not skip doses or stop early, even if symptoms improve. Make sure to complete the full course as advised by your doctor.
Inform your doctor about all other medications or supplements you are taking, as Fexuclue Tablet may affect their absorption.

If you miss a dose of Fexuclue Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
