Festep Tablet is a combination of vitamins and minerals. Ferrous Ascorbate consists of iron and vitamin C. Iron replenishes the iron stores in the body and corrects iron deficiency anemia. Vitamin C promotes the absorption of iron in the body. Folic acid is essential for production of red blood cells. It prevents and treats folate deficiency and anemia. When taken by pregnant women, Folic acid prevents miscarriage, preterm labor, and neural tube defects in infants. Zinc is needed for the body's immune system to work properly.
