Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Eido-FE Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Eido-FE Tablet is a combination of vitamins and minerals. Ferrous Ascorbate consists of iron and vitamin C. Iron replenishes the iron stores in the body and corrects iron deficiency anemia. Vitamin C promotes the absorption of iron in the body. Folic acid is essential for production of red blood cells. It prevents and treats folate deficiency and anemia. When taken by pregnant women, Folic acid prevents miscarriage, preterm labor, and neural tube defects in infants. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. Zinc is needed for the body's immune system to work properly. It plays a role in growth, wound healing, and maintaining gut health. Zinc is also needed for the senses of taste and smell.

Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Eido-FE Tablet as they make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine.
Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like antihypertensives, antibiotics, or medicines for heart disease or bone disorders.
Along with taking Eido-FE Tablet, take a healthy diet, sleep for a minimum 6-7 hours at night, and reduce stress levels.
Iron supplements can make your stools look darker in color. This is completely harmless.
Eido-FE Tablet can cause constipation, try to eat a well-balanced diet and drink several glasses of water every day.

If you miss a dose of Eido-FE Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
