How It Works
Dusmet Capsule MR is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Deflazacort. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so as to allow easy passage of urine. Deflazacort is a steroid medicine. It works by reducing inflammation (swelling) in the kidneys to promote the passage of the stones through urine.

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Dusmet Capsule MR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
