Duoflo Combipack is a combination of two medicines, tamsulosin and solifenacin, which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker, while solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so that urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination.

Duoflo Combipack should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Duoflo Combipack may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Duoflo Combipack is not recommended in patients undergoing kidney dialysis.

Liver:
Duoflo Combipack should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Duoflo Combipack may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Duoflo Combipack is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

Duoflo Combipack may cause dizziness or blurring of vision. Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
If you are to undergo eye surgery, inform your eye doctor about using Duoflo Combipack.

If you miss a dose of Duoflo Combipack, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
