Dibol S Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Tramadol, which relieves severe pain.

Alcohol:
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Dibol S Tablet.

Pregnancy:
Dibol S Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding:
Dibol S Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.

Driving:
Dibol S Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Dibol S Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney:
Dibol S Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dibol S Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:
Dibol S Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dibol S Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Dibol S Tablet is used to treat various painful conditions.
It should be taken with, or straight after, a meal or snack. This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset.
Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
Keep sipping water or have sugar-free gum in order to relieve dryness in the mouth.
You might experience nausea, ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine) if it troubles you.
Inform your doctor if you have a history of depression or taking any anti-depressants.
Seek medical attention right away if you have symptoms, such as agitation, hallucinations,  sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle stiffness, twitching, or loss of coordination.

If you miss a dose of Dibol S Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
