Dexoren S Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two medicines: Chloramphenicol and Dexamethasone. It should usually be used twice a day (in the morning and the evening). If your symptoms are particularly severe, your doctor may suggest you use them up to four times a day.
Wash your hands first before applying Dexoren S Eye/Ear Drops. To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye/ear or any other surface. If it does, squeeze out two or three drops straightaway onto some tissue and rinse the tip with saltwater.
Do not use the medicine for a longer time without doctor consultation.
Make sure not to use the open bottle for more than 4 weeks.

If you miss a dose of Dexoren S Eye/Ear Drops, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
