In order to maintain healthy blood levels of vitamin D, try spending some time outdoors especially from 11 am to 3 pm. But be careful not to burn your skin in the sun, so take care to cover up with suitable clothing, wear sunglasses and apply at least SPF15 sunscreen.
Also include vitamin D-rich food in your diet like oily fish (salmon, mackerel), fortified orange juice, milk.

Missed Dose
