Pregnancy:
Cureformin MC 500mg/750mcg Tablet SR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding:
Cureformin MC 500mg/750mcg Tablet SR is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving:

Kidney:

Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
It does not cause weight gain and rarely causes low blood sugar unlike other diabetes medicines.
Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) may occur when taken along with other antidiabetic medicines, alcohol or on delaying/skipping a meal.
Your doctor will monitor your blood sugar levels and kidney functions regularly while taking this medication.
Tell your doctor immediately if you experience any deep or rapid breathing, or persistent nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain as Cureformin MC 500mg/750mcg Tablet SR may cause a rare but serious condition called lactic acidosis, which is an excess of lactic acid in the blood.
Always carry some sugary food or fruit juice with you in case you experience hypoglycemic symptoms such as cold sweats, cool pale skin, tremor, and anxiety.

If you miss a dose of Cureformin MC 500mg/750mcg Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
