This medicine works by slowing the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. Take this medicine before meals and at bedtime or as directed by your doctor.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

This is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Dicyclomine. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain.

Alcohol:
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Colik Rapid Capsule.

Pregnancy:

Colik Rapid Capsule is used to give relief from abdominal cramps and pain.
It is best to take it when the first sign of pain occurs.
Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking this medicine.
Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
Drink plenty of water along with this medicine in order to avoid constipation.

If you miss a dose of Colik Rapid Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
