Coffer Spas Tablet is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and diclofenac, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, and discomfort. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling).

Alcohol:
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Coffer Spas Tablet.

Pregnancy:
Coffer Spas Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding:
Coffer Spas Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving:
Coffer Spas Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Coffer Spas Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.

Kidney:
Coffer Spas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Coffer Spas Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:
Coffer Spas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Coffer Spas Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time.
