Liver:
Clotan Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Clotan Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

To avoid stomach distress, take it with food or milk.
If taken over an extended period of time, Clotan Capsule can result in major side effects like kidney problems and stomach bleeding.

If you miss a dose of Clotan Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
