Bropex-AX Tablet is a combination of six medicines: Methylcobalamin, Vitamin D3, Folic Acid, L-Arginine, Levo-carnitine and Acetylcysteine. Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin is an active form of Vitamin B 12.
