Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Hyoscine butylbromide and Paracetamol, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Hyoscine butylbromide is an anti-spasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.

Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor.
Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
Do not take Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet at least 2 hours before or after taking other medicines as it may interact with other medicines.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
