Baxylide-D Tablet combines two medicines, Aceclofenac and Diacerein, which relieve muscle and joint pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Diacerein is a proteoglycan synthesis stimulator that blocks the chemicals that cause inflammation and pain and helps build cartilage (the soft connective tissue in the bones near the joints).

Alcohol:
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Baxylide-D Tablet.

Pregnancy:
Baxylide-D Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding:
Information regarding the use of Baxylide-D Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.

Driving:
Baxylide-D Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney:
Baxylide-D Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Baxylide-D Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:
Baxylide-D Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

Baxylide-D Tablet is used for the treatment of arthralgia or joint pain.
It should be taken with food or as directed by the doctor.
It may take several weeks to see treatment benefits. Keep taking the medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Avoid consuming alcohol while taking Baxylide-D Tablet as it can increase your risk of stomach problems.
Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function, blood sugar level and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment.
Do not stop taking medicine without talking to your doctor first.

If you miss a dose of Baxylide-D Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
