These are generally mild and usually resolve on their own. If they do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Key Benefits
In OsteoporosisOsteoporosis is a common condition that causes bones to become fragile and brittle so that they break (fracture) more easily. Fractures can be painful and may hinder a person’s ability to complete daily tasks. B-Fos Tablet reduces the risk of a fracture occurring in osteoporosis. It also helps in the growth and development of bones as well as maintaining strong bones. Since osteoporosis doesn’t usually have any symptoms such as pain (until a fracture occurs), you might not feel any immediate benefit from your treatment with B-Fos Tablet.

How It Works
B-Fos Tablet is a combination of two medicines, alendronic acid and vitamin D3. Alendronic acid slows the breakdown of the bone by inhibiting osteoclasts, helping to maintain bone density and reduce fracture risk in osteoporosis. Vitamin D3 enhances calcium absorption and supports bone strength by regulating calcium and phosphate levels, promoting healthy bone formation. Together, they work to improve bone health and manage osteoporosis.
