Kidney:
Adcef Insta Use Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Adcef Insta Use Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver:
Adcef Insta Use Syrup is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Adcef Insta Use Syrup is recommended.However, consult with your child’s doctor before giving this medicine to your child in case of a severe form of liver disease.

It is essential that your child completes the entire course of antibiotics. Not finishing the full dose of medicine may cause the bacteria to multiply again, become resistant, or cause another infection.
If your child develops diarrhea as a side effect, encourage him/her to drink plenty of water.
Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses. Never use this medicine for such conditions.
Only give Adcef Insta Use Syrup to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.
Discontinue the medicine and seek immediate help from the doctor if your child develops an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties while taking this medicine.
Your doctor has prescribed Adcef Insta Use Syrup to cure your infection and improve your symptoms.
Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection harder to treat.
Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it does not stop or if you find blood in your stools.
Avoid consuming alcohol while taking Adcef Insta Use Syrup as it may cause increased side effects.
Discontinue Adcef Insta Use Syrup and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.

Unless your child’s doctor has advised a specific regime for your child, you can give the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it’s almost time for the next dose. Do not give two doses at a time and follow the prescribed dosing schedule.
