Alcohol:
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Acitrom 3 Tablet.

Pregnancy:
Acitrom 3 Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breastfeeding:

Driving:

Kidney:

Acitrom 3 Tablet increases your risk of bleeding. Be careful while shaving, cutting fingernails or toenails, using sharp objects, or engaging in contact sports (e.g., football, wrestling).
Notify your doctor if you see blood in your vomit, urine, or stool (black, tarry stools or bright red blood).
Do not consume alcohol while taking Acitrom 3 Tablet, as this may increase its side effects.
If you are going to have a surgery or dental treatment, you may be asked to stop taking Acitrom 3 Tablet temporarily.
Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, as this may increase your chances of having another heart attack or stroke.
Your doctor may get regular blood tests done to make sure Acitrom 3 Tablet is working properly.

If you miss a dose of Acitrom 3 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
