Alcohol:
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Acimalone 2 Tablet.

Pregnancy:

Breastfeeding:

Notify your doctor if you see blood in your vomit, urine, or stool (black, tarry stools or bright red blood).
Do not consume alcohol while taking Acimalone 2 Tablet, as this may increase its side effects.
If you are going to have a surgery or dental treatment, you may be asked to stop taking Acimalone 2 Tablet temporarily.
Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, as this may increase your chances of having another heart attack or stroke.
Your doctor may get regular blood tests done to make sure Acimalone 2 Tablet is working properly.

If you miss a dose of Acimalone 2 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
